Your information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains how EverNurture Midwifery Collective handles personal information collected through this website. It covers this website only. Each midwife in the collective runs her own practice, and her practice handles the information you give her when you book or receive care.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address, if you choose to give it
- the midwife you would prefer, if any
- your message
Please don't include medical details in the form. Your midwife can talk with you about your health privately.
When you tap a phone number or email link on this website, we record that the link was used and on which page. We do not capture your phone number or email address when this happens.
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This helps keep the website secure and working properly.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When they load, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information.
How we use your information
We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell your personal information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are received through our website provider, who manages this website and its enquiry system for us, and are passed on to the midwives of the collective so they can respond. We don't otherwise share your information unless the law requires it.
Keeping your information secure
This website uses a secure, encrypted connection, and the contact form includes protections against spam and misuse.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Please send us an enquiry or contact any of the midwives listed on our booking page.
Questions or complaints
If you have a question or concern about your privacy, please contact us first so we can help. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).
